I went into Apple yesterday and was helped by Josh. He took the time to answer all of my questions and show me the similarities and differences between the two different iPads. I was able to make an informed decision. He was patient, and kind which you don’t always see when you’re indecisive on what to get lol. Thank you Josh for all of your help . I hope your hard work is recognized. Thanks again.

Super nice customer service and incredibly chill experience. I came in stressed about my Macbook Air on the fritz and left totally calm about the situation. Staff is pretty easy on the eyes, too. :)

Went to the store for a simple warranty replacement and was told that, despite it being only a quick transaction that I would need to make a reservation and come back. Fine, whatever. Well, it turns out that after disentangling a convoluted system which always leads you back to online support, there aren’t any reservations at this or any other stores in the area. The process to find this out took about four hours, the end of which puts me back at square one. For a five minute or less transaction. I didn’t hate apple, but I do now. Way to go.

They told me I couldn't drink water while I was in their store , because my mask has to stay on at all times. Took forever to help me with my appointment. And still didn't fix my problem. Apple care told me that the store would be able to …

I want to schedule an appointment at the Woodmere location today at 5pm, in regards to needing help replacing my AirPods. I just bought a pair and unable to find them right after I bought them.
It's helpful to schedule an appt, since they're VERY busy there. But you can walk in, too - you just may have to wait a while. Call them - they'll tell you what they'll be able to do in an appt. For a screen replacement, I would think you'd have to leave the phone, but I don't know for sure.
Yes. They do not answer their phones, you need to go to store in person.
Actually I would call them ti make a appointment
Yes It is a very preferable place
Because it's an apple phone, their products are built to do everything a person would need it to do.
Yea but may Proof of purchase or receipt due to Maybe stolen not saying it is but there's always a chance of them things apples pretty funny
Make an appointment online before you go to save wait time in the store.
Walk in see technician
I just walked in with no problem. Last year you had to make appointments
Call long hold but call.
Normally you have about 10 days similar to a phone. You'd have to go back to the store and find out.
Call the apple number
It's just a stand in line they only taking three customers at a time
Just call
You can schedule an appointment online as well.
If you're picking up an order then at the check out you'll see the availability. However, if you want to schedule a genius bar appointment then you can do that too online
Yes. Apple insist that all customers have appointments to protect their employees and customers as well
I think you can just go. Expect to wait outside until they have someone available
Yes
I'm not sure , but you can stop in and find out . Free doesn't cost anything , but a little time . I hope all works out for you .
Yes
I want to schedule an appointment at the genius bar at Apple Eton, to repair my iPhone.
https://www.apple.com/retail/eton/ Go directly to the website and you can set one up via online.
I drove yesterday people were waiting in line to enter the apple store
Is the Apple Care warranty still valid? They probably don't have any availability today. If there's no Apple Care warranty, your best bet is to go to a cell phone/computer repair shop.
Yes but you can do that yourself with a toothpick, patience, and a delicate touch. Marc's (or any grocery store) stocks toothpicks.
Yes they do charge
You may ask such questions by visiting this store. You may also check some apple FAQ websites. Usually, you will not get the answer to such questions here.
If you have Apple Care it's $99. If you don't it's close to $400 I think
Drive there. They will help you quickly.
Contact Apple store, not Google maps 😉
You have to do it online at apple.com and go to support
No only if you have ins.
Did you take it in to the Apple Store?
You can use the Apple Support app on your iPhone or iPad or you can go to support.apple.com on your computer.
Each model offers a different deal. It's best to simply go in and inquire. You might get more than you think.
As Dan said, it is hit or miss on how close you can get, but there are usually spots available within reasonable distance.
You'd have to call and ask.
They accept walk-ins. Also you use the apple store app or apple support app which you download from the iTunes store to set up an appointment
Since i am way not hip enough to be allowed into the apple store, i don't know. Until apple figures out manual configuration of ip and dns, i am out.
Yes it depends on what type of screen you are looking to purchase
Yes you do...
You can usually always count on there being an article for just about anything! As you can see of course by looking up the article titled - “iPad USB power adapter certifications”, on their support website; or simply just search the following in Google = HT202916
It depends. You should absolutely take it in and have them look at it. They'll let you know if it's something they'll fix for free or if they'll charge you
Depends on the thickness of your case and a few other technical items about the wireless charger. The folks there would be more adept to assist you if you bring the phone in case to the store
Try Nx and send a code to atherosclerosis divei
I would take the phone to Apple asap
Word will work
Can you return a iTunes card
Yes of course you can
Probably should reset it, not master reset, just a reset
Woodmere or Akron. Not sure if there is one in Erie. I would order online instead doesn't seem worth it for just a cord purchase.
Yes, take it to the store
Orvis & North Face are right next door if you enjoy the outdoors. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are right down the street. What are your interests?
Make an appointment. Plan on leaving phone for the day, you may not have to, but i wouldn't count on it. Also, back it up before you go. Always.
Why not pick up the phone and ask Apple rather than asking random folk on Google Maps?
Brycen, you're asking random folk on Google Maps, not Apple employees. Unfortunately you'll need to try and call the store for help. This Q&A site is really for maps users to ask general questions, as we have no more information on stock levels or policies than the next person.
Sounds like either a faulty battery, charger, or bad outlet. Even using third party equipment can result in this. They can run a 5 minute diagnostic over chat support, and at least be able to advise what to do next!
Call the store. It's hard to tell you axect time.
You're asking random strangers on Google Maps about Apple policies. Suggest you call Apple directly for support. This is really intended for questions like, "is there a long wait on Saturday mornings?"
Yes, and even if you make an appointment you still have to wait between 20_30min
I don't think so. It's only for 6 and 6 plus models only.
Sometimes when they are busy
I would call Apple Customer Service and have them delivered to your home.
Sometimes you can bring something back by pushing command +z otherwise Check you iCloud or backup time machine if you have one.
They will give very small amount that is worthless. You are better off donating to someone who needs it or give it to school. My Mac book pro 2015 like new they offered me $50 and only if i will buy something from them which i told them kiss my behand.
Make an appointment online or call the store
On the website, search locations for Eton. NOT Eaton - there is an Eaton Ohio, but no Apple store there. Should be fairly easy to make the appointment from there. Or chat with Apple. Or email them.
Apple store definitely has the chargers. So do other retailers, such as Target and Amazon
Yes! I've walked in there twice now and been treated really well. The second visit was for major damage to a laptop so there was obviously a pretty long wait but it passed pretty quickly and they were really helpful. I was in and out in a little over an hour, which I think is pretty good for not having an appointment.
Online is easiest way.
Call them or go to the store. But they are very bad at appointments. No matter if you made an appointment or not expect to wait 40min to an hour for service.
Victor, you're asking random folk on Google maps, not Apple. Try calling the Apple store tomorrow for help.
The Apple support app allows you to schedule visits to the store. I just verified it myself. Good luck
Whatever one you get Ask someone to help I like many others prefer an Android phone to an I-phone both do alot
$150 up, depending on size
$169 at Apple, less at non-authorized repair shops (i.e. "phone doctor")
Yes they should be able to help with that
Phones? New only.
This is normally caused by your email being identified by a scam website or group. If you’re getting notifications about someone trying to sign on but needing approval you need to change your password immediately. If it’s a notice that someone is attempting to get on and typing the wrong password that means eventually as a security protocol you’ll need to change your password as well. Best passwords contain uppercase and lowercase as well as special symbols. So instead of betty1. B3tty#1 would be much harder to break but still easy to remember.
It could be clogged with dirt and oil
Debbie, this is truly a question for the people of Apple, their employees. You might even want to go on Apple website to ask that question. You might get a better response.
Yes, if Apple sells it, yes. In apple store or Apple website.
Yeah, make an appointment. Took about an hour just for me to make a purchase, if you actually want help without an appointment I'd bring a sleeping bag.
