I really don’t know how this guy (The owner) has four stars, every time someone goes in his facility to pay for the service Which by the way he does charge a lot, he has an attitude, don’t even greet people and offer poor service, I would’ve give him no stars if I had an option but l don’t, he tried to charge me $3.00 to print a label for Amazon btw l had more than one item, so $3.00 per label because he doesn’t have a scanner is absurd, everything he does is overpriced and always offer poor service, l went there before and the service was as bad but I thought maybe this guy is having a bad day so I will give him another try, I was wrong he was not having a bad day that’s the way he is he should not be in customer service, He always have gnu help no one seems to stick around and now you know why, he is the reason why. Find another location and give the business to the people that deserves it and treat you with respect! Fernando You always have something to say when people don’t put up with your rudeness, l stand by my review and l’m not misleading anyone, change your attitude and don’t blame on others like you always do, don’t use excuses like, we are short handed, we don’t offer that, we can’t do this etc… the problem is your attitude and your rudeness, change that and you won’t get any negative reviews, l understand that due to your age you’re grumpy but if you cannot provide good service stay behind the curtain and hire people and pay them well because you sure know how to charge but maybe the reason you can’t get any help is because you don’t pay them enough “Good help is not cheap and Cheap help is not good”.

I always have a positive experience at this location, and today was no different. :) The gentleman here is always kind, helpful and understanding. Even today, when I made a mistake and forgot my appointment, he was accommodating and helped me out. This location has outstanding fingerprinting services and other mail related services! Thank you again! :)
