Absolutely inadequate. I've called 4 times and got hung up on each time after waiting 25/30 minutes each time. My check never came in and zero way to get ahold of anyone. Why are 5 out of 7 offices closed in Broward? Papa Joe screwing this up as well?

Inaccurate information, every time I call is the same answer but with different timing. I called the office located in comercial Blvd and the person (very professional ) told me to call this office and ask for a face to face appointment, but as I see in all the reviews for this location (coconut creek) are right and people here don’t want to work.

This office disgust me. You get out taxes without us saying a thing and you cannot even hire competent representatives. The people who works for you shows the people that the government wants out there. Idiots picking up calls, no degree of common sense and the vocabulary of a 3 y/o

For most people ~Citizenship ~ US birth certificate or passport, US drivers license or ID CARD. At least two separate original documents. Form SS-5 application for a social security card. All the information is on the website.
No appointment is required to go to the sso but the wait time will be long. About 2 hours is an average time frame!!! An appointment gets you seen faster.

I drove over there because it said online that it was open. It is not open. And has not been open since March. You cannot make an appointment. But you can call, which I did. And cut caught off in the middle of my conversation. I don't have an answer for you other than it's not open.

You will have to contact the investment firm or bank or whatever firm or agency the 1099-R form was supposed to come from it may be possible to request it online if you can't get through by phone or only other option is to visit issuer to see if they can look it up and print you a copy

You're better off just going there, I've been there 6 times, 2x with an appointment & that took longer than walk-in.
Best to go around 2:30 except Wednesday when they close at 12 noon. If you can't do it that late then get there around 8:30.
I find it less stressfull to be one of the first ones there @ 845am as a walk in... Based on my experience, walk in & appointments have almost same wait time...
