I've lived here 5 years and love it, the apt. Is clean, the pools are kept up and the gym. We are close to everything church, publix, walmart, home depot, Casino, and restaurants galore.

DO NOT RENT OR BUY HERE!!! This place is horrible. Being rundown is the least of your worries. It is ran extremely poorly, just look at the other reviews that have been posted on here seriously. The people in the office are extremely rude. They get combative anytime you have a simple question or just want some information. The parking situation is a joke. You pay for a parking permit that benefits you in no way seeing as how there is never overfilled parking and it provides no security. The parking service (On Call Parking) is only there to make sure you have a permit and tow you if not. Did I mention they do not provide parking lot security and your paying for parking in an empty parking lot. For example, my vehicle was stolen from this very parking lot that I was paying for parking. They have cameras in various spots throughout the complex, but none of them work so that didn't even help me with my stolen vehicle. Please do yourself a favor and read these other comments because I did not. If you read, you'll see that other tenants have had there vehicles stolen from this lot or towed for ridiculous reasons. I honestly believe they have some kind of share in the Parking Service just to make extra money on this dump. You are no longer allowed to use any of the amenities, but even when you could it was broken. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $100-$300/month on a better place. You will save yourself both money and headaches in the long run I can promise you.

I placed my application in on 12/17/2020. I have called for weeks and left multiple voicemails to check on any status or update, with no response at all. I finally get in contact after calling 4x times in a row, to be told my application has not even been started and will be started today. I am now placed in a situation where I will potentially be homeless due to someone lack of attention. Margate location off of sample and rockisland.
