Red flags everywhere, but we didn't notice until too late. It was little things, a calendar that hadn't been changed for nine months, nothing for the residents to do but stare at the TV, furniture that hadn't been moved to clean in a long time. Then they got more serious. Possessions that went missing, over medication, him saying he couldn't tell us things, a mysterious bruise. The staff seems afraid of management. They have been told not to talk to family members privately. If we had understood, we would have never brought our loved one there. Learn from us. Keep your family member out of this place. You will only regret it.

I had to place a star to get on here! I would definitely NOT recommend This facility. They get you in by offering you a low cost monthly rent and a lowered admission fee. Next each time I visited my mom she was alone, never had a drink in front of her, was in disarray. No one knew who or where she was. I removed her from facility with a 30 day verbal notice. Now they are threatening to sue me as they wanted a 30 day written notice. Please be aware. Please feel free to contact me with more info, recordings and pictures/movies on my moms visits! Deplorable! Too add to this deplorable place. I sent my mom with at least 7 outfits, washed and ironed by myself. After she was picked up and sent to new home her suitcase only had a few tops, no shorts, no shoes, and yes eventide I visited she was in socks in her chair as in wheel chair, .....so ok, she lived there 7 months with no shoes or bottoms?! Please DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE
