My dad was in this center for 4 days and on the 3rd day I had to take him out and he was without bathing with plague and the Dry mouth I quickly asked for food and water and it seemed that there was no food the whole day and finally after 3 days he had COVID. I would never recommend this center

I want give a huge thanks to the RN staff especially Josh for making our mother feel like she was taken care of by immediate family. All the CNA's work hard and therapy staff need to be recognized for their hard work they do for the patients. Thank you for everything!

My mom went there for rehab but got no rehab in my opinion! She was there for approximately 2 weeks and it’s now 2 days since she got back and still has not opened her eyes at all and also has an eye infection that was either ignored or not seen! My mom is a dementia patient and I know it’s not easy to care for them but why call yourself a rehab and accept these type of patients? They told me “ they are very familiar with these situations “.I know why they get to bill Medicare and Medicaid!! It’s always about the Benjamin’s! She is so over medicated it’s frightening. So I guess they just gave her a few injections and then sent her home after billing time, is a guess a good guess! These are just my experiencies and opinions. Get this they even tried to convince me that my mom needed more help and could be better served by them or one of their affiliates instead of going back. That proved to be a very sad joke. I would give themMINUS 5 stars to tell you the truth.I also would not let there doctors or staff touch her again! I’m not happy to write this but this is a sad state of affairs where is Florida Attorney General !! And I leave it with this, they told me in these exact words that “there driver was busy” and I had to pay for her ride back to the assisted living”!! Anything to get her out of the hell hole….. This is my moms and my family’s experience I hope yours are better!!! Place is under new management and In My Opinion the Doors should be Locked For Good!

My father received exceptional care at the Margate Nursing & Rehab center recently following a fall at home. This facility is run extremely well. Amazing staff all around. Everyone I encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. Environmental services keep this place spotless. My father enjoyed most of the meals provided by the Food service department and I noticed many engaging activities going on throughout the day. The nurses and nurse assistant are kind, caring and professional. I never once detected any odor on my visits and always observed the residents clean and well-groomed. The Rehabilitation department is outstanding. They gave my father encouragement and motivation to help him regain strength and mobility so that he can now be back in his home. I would recommend this place.
