This really isn't a question but what the heck I'll respond anyway. I don't know how busy the restaurant was but all you have to do is ask to have the table cleaned off. You shouldn't have paid the gentleman to clean the tables. Now management has no idea what has taken place and those guys have been paid twice to do their job. It really isn't a big deal to clean it up yourself or ask for someone to do it. It's a restaurant not a home. Next time just ask. It's not the end of the world. I deployed with the military and ate off the ground.... so I really I think this is something small that could have been handled discreetly. Next time just ask and you'll get the help you need. Having workers is hard sometimes... you always have to be on the lookout, and when necessary intervene. Give the restaurant a break and try them again to make sure things get done.

I'm not certain if Old Country Buffet's menu is 'gluten free', though as MOST establishments these days are accommodating, if you were to ask, you might be surprised to find that they might offer you something.

Bloomington never had an OCB. Burnsville still has one. Richfield's on 66th street was converted to an Asian buffet with new owners.

The one I went to was $8.99 for adults and $4.99 for kids plus $3 for drinks. Learning how to phrase a question: priceless.
