I'm not certain if Old Country Buffet's menu is 'gluten free', though as MOST establishments these days are accommodating, if you were to ask, you might be surprised to find that they might offer you something.
Jade I don't really know but I can tell you that you can go to Pullmans Pub at 209 4th street st paul mn 55101. Eveything there is gluten free on the menu. There prices are good also. Its a great place to eat. Go by and check it out
They have cooked vegetables and they have raw vegetables they have meat different kinds in the buffet Bar & also they have sliced meat sometimes turkey ham roast beef there's Breads and stuff like that too but there's plenty of stuff to eat that doesn't have gluten as far as I'm concerned time I don't like to eat all that gluten either
The choice is very limit maybe the desert maybe bad for u but call them
There is a salad bar where you can choose gluten and dairy free items. I'd recommend calling though to find out specifically what items meet your specially dietary needs.
