Horrible service. Constant issues with outages. Incompetent staff who lies and does not have correct information. Our internet has been out in our entire apartment complex for 3 days, but supposedly there aren’t any issues??? Frontier has about the same worth as gum stuck to my shoe. Worthless. Get someone better if you can

The worst internet I’ve ever had. More times than not it’s super slow and laggy, and at least once a day (if not more) my internet will shut off randomly for a few minutes. It’s very frustrating and we’ve had them come out to try to fix it and it still just as bad. I definitely would not recommend these guys there internet speeds are a joke.

Had them for 2 years and never had any major problems. Our modem stopped once and they sent us a new modem and fixed the problem timely. I do not give them a 5 because I have asked them twice for our shipping label to be mailed to us in order to return our device and this has not been received yet.
