Hotel is fine. Guests are another thing. Update Manager responded to my review right away. The staff cannot control guests behavior. I highly recommend overall

Extended stay hotels are fundamentally different from the more traditional setup, and many people don't realize that. You're not going to get all of the daily amenities you'd get at regular nightly hotel. If you're not so concerned with things like a coffeemaker and making your own bed in the morning, and you need to stay somewhere for a week or more, this is an affordable and nice option. I've recently come here because my landlord ended my lease, and due to the pandemic hitting me very hard, I don't have the income or the credit score to get another lease right now. In that respect, it's a blessing to have the option to live here temporarily. The positives are many more than listed below, but there are definite drawbacks, as well. Pros: --Staff members are all very friendly and helpful. --Room is clean and well-kept with weekly housekeeping. --Pretty good mattress. --Plumbing and fixtures are very good. --Good water pressure in shower and sinks. Hot water gets hot quickly, cold water is very cold! --Kitchenette with stove, microwave, and fridge is very helpful. --Heating and air conditioning work well. Cons: --The pillows provide no support whatsoever for your head and neck. Bring your own. --Lack of a dishwasher is disappointing, especially considering the small kitchen sink. --Their website and materials advertise "super fast Wi-Fi." Don't believe it. You'll be fortunate to get 6 Mbps. If you're going to be working from your room or trying to stream media, you should strongly consider staying elsewhere. Overall, the good outweighs the bad here, and the price is right, whether renting weekly or monthly. For a single guy in transition like myself, it's a good place to be. You're probably not going to have everything you want, but you'll have everything you need. I'd rate a 3.5 star, but choosing to round up because the positives outweigh the negatives.

The dining room floor was very dirty with spills. It was supposed to be triple checked for cleanliness. Made us wonder what else was overlooked. The gentleman at the front desk was WONDERFUL and very accommodating and did everything he could do to make the rest of our stay pleasant. Everything else was great. It was surprisingly quiet for how bored or was, too.
