This location states their open till 5pm. I arrived 4:50pm and curtains where down and door locked with open sign still on. I proceeded to wait and they turned OPEN light off while I’m standing in the door. Hours of operation shouldn’t be 5 if employees don’t work till 5 pm

I’ve taken my dogs to banfield for a few years at a different location and I never had the problems I have here. They are slow at drop off and pick up. I asked to have my dogs ears cleaned which is an option on the form and at pick up it was not done however they charged me for a ear cleaning solution which was not what I needed. At a later appointment for teeth cleaning they called to let me know one of my dogs would need extractions however I missed the call. I called back less than 20 minutes later and was told they woke up the dog and I would have to pay for an additional cleaning to get it done. Why not have consent at the beginning of sedation to have extractions? Now Im forced to pay for an additional cleaning out of pocket. Terrible customer service go to another location.

Nothing recommended, being 3:30 in the afternoon the routine appointment of my two pets that were delivered at 9:00 am has not yet finished, they say they do not have enough staff, but they do not have enough to give the appointments, I do not I never come back 👎👎

Disrespectful place with time. They give a lot of apps without enough staff. Waiting for my pet for over 6 hours from the given appointment time and just for vaccines. They are perfectly healthy. I never will come back again to this place!
