Absolutely terrible experience. First off, to spade my dog they said over the phone it would be a maximum of $120-$150 which sounded fine and I was willing to even pay up to double if it came to it. Procedure was then told to us to be $700 upon arrival with likely extra stuff needed at end. Decided to bite the bullet and go for it even though it wasn't what was originally told over phone because we were already there. Dropped off my dog at 8 and then got phone call 2 hours later saying they couldn't do procedure because the dog was too "loud" and would "run from them" when they tried to get her and this was "abnormal". My dog is a husky. Ofcourse they are vocal. Ofcourse they are going to run from what they deem to be going after them. If you can't handle a 50 lbs husky pushing away from you and getting vocal (out of fear) what actual good is your "20 years of experience" or the 6 staff members I counted inside the room when I went to get her. This is a dog any one individual can overpower (she isn't very strong for her weight) let alone 6 people! This was a blessing in disguise as I found a vet that will do it for less than half the price ($300) they were charging. They even tried to get me to pay for at home meds for her... Lol. Told them what the reality is and I suggest people steer clear of whatever money grabbing incompetent oozing veterinary office this is.

They don’t care about the how much time patients wait

I am not one to leave negative reviews but it has to be done. Whatever you guys do, please DO NOT take your pet to this vet, especially if the doctor who will assist you is Dr. Perez. Thanks to her, my 2 year old puppy passed away. He was misdiagnosed because Dr. Perez did not read the X-Ray result correctly, in spite of my puppy being there for over 8 hours. There was never any follow up appointment but we ended up going back since he kept getting increasingly worse. They only gave him meds to bring his appetite back and once again did not bother to give a follow up appointment or call. Once again, that did not help at all and we called in to get additional help. We were told to take him again but at this point we really needed a second opinion. We took him to a different vet and we were told that there was a shadow in his intestines. When we requested the results from Bandfield, they had reached the same conclusion yet there was no mention of this to us. No mention at the original visit, no mention on the 2 phone calls we made afterwards, and no mention of this on our second visit. My dog had to be submitted into 2 emergency surgeries and passed away shortly after the second one. Bandfield has been contacted multiple times and they always tell me that they'll cancel the health plan for free, yet I keep getting charged every month. They have caused my family and I so much pain and they cannot keep their word. Please stay as far away from this place as humanly possible.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
