Terrible experience and will not be returning. Took my pet for a fecal exam and was told results were negative but dr calls me hours later to say they are actually positive. I called to voice my concerned as well as I went to the location in person and my concerns were dismissed by the very unprofessional “manager” Dulce. In other words, if the DR would not have called me my pet wouldn’t of been treated for her hookworms. This location only cares about money and made sure to charge me for the antibiotic. When voicing my concern to the “manager” Dulce I was dismissed by “I already said we are sorry” It is ridiculous to be paying monthly payments to these people and receive service for my pet that can not even be trusted. I advise everyone to go to a different location or take your pet elsewhere! Unprofessional, uncaring, money hungry people!

We stopped by when we were out with our dog and noticed he was over heating. The team gave us great service and quick and informative. We will definitely continue to use only this pet hospital. Also love that they have several around the area.

Great customer service, the staff are all very friendly. I went there with a recommendation to see Dr. Jorge Alvarez specifically and left 2000% satisfied with how he treated my new puppy. I went there with my partner and he answered all of our questions with patience. Strongly recommend you guys go yourself and of course pick this amazing doctor. Thank to everyone there! Senshi and I are extremely happy.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 20, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 20, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
