BIG 0! NO STARS! my dogs needs help and i came here because its supposed to be open , its 12:04 on a friday!! This girl slightly opens the door and says she cant help Me sorry we are closed… ridiculous

Dr. Yao is one of the kinds. He's exceptional. I met Dr Yao before he opened his hospital. He can cure my cats. He is very friendly, honest and doesn't charge any extra fee. I used to take my cats to different vets closed to my home, but I realized that Dr Yao is the only one that I can trust. Thank you Dr Yao. Please do not retire. I know that he works very hard. I took my previous old cats who couldn't be cured by anyone. Dr Yao spent almost all night to take care of my old cats. I have been having the hard time every time my rescued cats get aged even though it's time to let them go and put them sleep. Unlikely other vets, Dr Yao never take advantage of this kind of problem and never overcharged me. So honest, knowledgeable and kind.
