Awful service. We purchased a fireplace with a woodburning insert. It was missing a part and I had to keep calling to see if they ordered it. After several months it was finally mailed to us. …I'm sorry you feel our service is not up to your standards. I would like to clarify one thing. The part that you state was missing on your fireplace was not missing, we had pictures to show that it was there when we installed the fireplace. It was lost or misplaced after we did the install. The part that you needed was a special order part that had to come directly from the manufacturer so it did take longer for the part to get to us, once it came in we shipped it to you. You called for a service call on July 9 for us to come fix the blower on your fireplace and we placed you on our service call list. Unfortunately we are running 2-3 weeks out on service calls at this time, we call customers to schedule a service call once we have a date and time. You wrote this negative review just over a week after you originally called. Again I'm sorry you feel our service is not up to your standards, we certainly try our best to offer quality service to everyone.
