While no one else seems to be working these days, Northeastern Fireplace is in full swing - their install team shows up on time, is super efficient, professional etc. and the experience could not be more perfect. Plus the new propane log set is amazing! WOW!

I've had some ups and downs with Northeastern Chimney over the past decade, and now that they're up to $300 to sweep a chimney, the service is excellent. While it's a $100 more than I think I should be paying, the top notch service I received almost makes up for the higher price. The tech was perfect. Polite, thorough, cleaned everything, explained everything. Their wood stove liners come with a lifetime warranty as long as they're cleaned/inspected annually. Good selection of wood and gas stoves.
