This place is HORRIBLE and most definitely would not recommend to anyone! The staff would be super nice to you and then after you sign your lease its every man for themselves...they hate to listen to your concerns, are very dismissive, and have excuses for every single thing. Staff would tell you one thing and the next day its something completely different. Within the span of a month I've had multiple friends/neighbors who moved out and just had terrible things to say mainly about the rude staff. There's not enough parking, holes everywhere on the road, and the playgrounds (mini dog park too) are not well maintained. These buildings and appliances are old so don't be surprised if a month into living at your "new" unit something breaks down. Of all my years as a renter this has to be hands down..the worst apartment complex. And to top it off if you are a person of color , you will get discriminated against. Would give zero stars if I could.

Ghetto and they are scam artists, dont expect any money back from a deposit. Cars parked everywhere for years at a time in parking spots, residents pay for literally everything but can't even use the clubhouse even though it has a kitchen. I know several people moving out early and if you somehow miss a dog pile they charge you 300.00 for first time offense. They cherry pick what rules they will enforce and when there are actual problem residents they don't do anything about them but go after the ones who pay their rent on time every month. Be aware some of these 5 star reviews are from people whom never do reviews meaning they are employees and friends of employees, always look at that so 2.7 stars is generous.

I can’t thank the staff enough for being on top of any issues I’ve had. It’s been quiet, safe, clean and the amenities have been put to use! My apartment is spacious, new carpet, new appliances and I couldn’t be more content with my decision to live here ! Thanks to the kind staff! You are awesome!

Apple Creek management does not care about their renters or anyone involved in the application process. From the beginning of my interaction with them, they pushed me to submit an application without answering any of the questions I had or giving me an opportunity to tour the area. After I had submitted an application which required a security deposit, application fee, and administrative fee, I would not hear from them for an entire week. During that time I would tour other apartments in the area to ensure that I would move somewhere that I would want to live. Unfortunately, Apple Creek management is very unclear on the application process and even gave me false information. They said that I would receive a full refund minus the application fee if I were to cancel my application. However, they NEVER specified that you only have 24 hours to cancel from the day you SUBMIT the application. How can that even be the case where you aren't approved yet but lose a security deposit. I tried speaking to the leasing manager about this issue and she couldn't care less. She had received her money and that's all they care about. She then proceeded to use the lease I had not yet signed as a ransom since signing the document would be the only possible way to receive my security deposit back. After I asked her for some time to make a decision, she again pressured me to sign and stated that she would void the lease the next day if I did not respond. I wouldn't wish anybody to go through what I did with them. They consistently pressured me, ignored me when it was convenient for them, and lied to me so that they can keep screwing over people just trying to find an apartment to live in.

They are not, the only available internet is through Cox Cable. I believe the phone lines can be set up through century Link if you really need a land line, otherwise they're dead.
No, the application fee is $35 per adult. Then once you are approved you will have to pay first month rent and any deposits. I will tell you that they are willing to split the pet deposit in to two months
