DO NOT MOVE HERE. When moving in it was absolutely disgusting. - Had to vacuum 5 times to get the dirt out of the carpet. (Should have been cleaned before moving in.) - Dust, hair, boogers everywhere!!! (Still finding boogers on the walls in our closets, walls, on the baseboards etc) -The smell of cigarettes infiltrate the bathroom so we have to constantly spray it down or keep the doors closed - Had to have the door the lead to the grass fixed because homeless people were able to prop it open. - Walls/ ceiling fan stained with cigarette residue - vents are filled with dust but can’t access them because they’re painted over/stuck to the ceilings - Dirty hallways - Has remains of lead/ asbestos in the walls can’t remember which. I could go on and on. I wonder what is the point of charging fees if they are obviously not keeping their units clean? When I move out I hope they don’t ask me for any move out fees because like I said it’s quite obvious they do not use them. Enjoy the boogers I found just today cleaning again after 2 months of living here. Edit: I am current resident FYI.

I'm really disappointed in this apartment I just moved into. There is an smoke alarm chipper in the furnace room next to my apt. Called on call maintenance they didn't or couldn't find a key. So I got to listen to it for a second night. So far as now I won't be renewing my lease. I do maintenance myself & I would of made sure I fixed the problem. I'm sure if they lived here, they wouldn't want to hear it all night. By the way I called earlier this morning 5/2/22...to report it. It should of been top priority & it's a easy fix.

Mold in my apartment for over 2 years, (3301-3303), bed bugs was in the hallway, front office refused to treat the whole building, no security so cats be getting broken into. gigantic pot holes in the parking lots, maintenance been behind for months , NO fire extinguishers; multiple health risk, ceilings are leaking . I would not personally do business with Tammy in the front office . I would not live here ever again , I have dealt with more harassment and discrimination with Tammy them I have my whole life

I'm living here at 3404 beacon Hill apartments and when I walked out of my apartment it smelled amazing I don't know who you have cleaning this place now but they did a heck of a job I am very impressed.
