Same sentiments as the other one star reviews in regard to the customer service level of the office staff at Regency. As many tenants are older adults, the lack of respect when communicating with them is sub par.

RENTERS BEWARE! After 3 years here it is more discouraging every day Outdoor fire escapes doors have been locked for up to 3days at a time. Until I threatened to call Mike McKnight was anything done. Didn’t seem concerned at all that I case of Fire there was no way out since elevators would not have been have have been used. Unacceptable! No heat or air conditioning in hallways. Entryways and hallways are very dirty. On my floor no upkeep for 3 months. Windows in hallways have never been washed and are loaded with cobwebs. The hallways look like a war zone. 3 months ago they started a renovation. All wallpaper was torn down and left in the hallways on the floor. Plaster and dust everywhere. Then it all just stopped. There is many excuses why and I don’t believe one of them. Good luck renting on my floor. I am embarrassed to have anyone over it’s such an eyesore. Lastly, the girls in the office are something I have never encountered before. Very nasty attitudes (especially Brittany). The way they speak to you is unbelievable. Rude, demeaning, entitled - need I say more? I’m pretty sure all residents are treated the same way. If they don’t like what you have to say they threaten to kick you out of their little office. Very abusive behavior. And we are the customers? They have not figured that out yet. Be very careful before renting here. You just might be sorry
