U Break We Fix — TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MIXED MESSAGES BETWEEN EMPLOYEES I had a phone screen replaced, but seemed a little “off” in the upper left corner. 3 days later it starts to crack in the upper left. I spoke to their customer service and they said YES, Of Course we’ll replace it. It has a 90 day warranty! I bring it in, and the guy was quite unpleasant and irritated by me requesting this. He half laughed, and basically blew me off, and said NO WE AREN’T GOiNG TO REPLACE IT. Thanks, I Will never come here again, U Break and U Don’t Fix..

My phone repair was through insurance and it was $30
I don't believe they sell them there. you can always call and ask. if they don't would be a refurbished one.
I cannot tell you in all honesty what this location would charge, but the location I went to in Sanford at the Sanford mall charged me $150 to replace my broken display screen. The work performed was professional and done in a very timely manner. The amount of money he saved me was twice (and that was just the cost of my deductible) of what would have been "out-of-pocket" on having to buy a new phone if I had simply brought it back to T-Mobile and had it replaced under my insurance Policy within the T-Mobile "jump" program I subscribe to. As I have already stated, I cannot speak to the service you will get in Palm Coast, but the service I got from the tech located at the Sanford mall was spectacular and I highly recommend them.
