How can i say this. I loved the staff and the way they listen to what my needs were. They are the number one car lot in wilmington hands down, and the service manager that worked on Saturday great person. The Master tech Kelvin Martin is one of the best people I have ever met. I hope they keep him and I want him only to work on my car, he was so nice understanding and good at his job. I want anyone who reads this I have never found any other car place as nice as this one. I will be buying my next car there.Mr. Scott Mele salemen called to check on me and like he said he had not heard from me so he called. Thank you all for great customer service.

I wasted 3 hours of my only day off; not to mention the gas used for almost a 2 hour round trip. I was called and told my part came in for my repair. I waited 2 weeks for this part. I scheduled an appointment for the following week because I only had Monday off this week. I showed up and waited an hour after checking in ; when Bob, service writer who called me, tells me they’re waiting on another part. I asked why didn’t someone verify the parts before calling me to come in? He had no answer and nonchalantly said “I bad you had come all this way “. There was no offering of compensation of my time or gas I wasted.
