Update: We went again just recently and Shawn Kellogg and the AAA maintenance staff were very friendly and attentive and did a great job in a diagnostic test and vehicle inspection of our car. They identified a major issue with our engine coolant and fixed it - which saved us trouble down the road. Everything I said in the earlier review holds true and even though some of the faces have changed, they remain a top notch crew! Highly recommend! Earlier Review: We had not been to this AAA Car Center before for car maintenance. Our engine warning light stayed on and the car needed immediate attention. The manager of the center, Crystal Richmond, opened the door for us and greeted us with a very friendly welcome coming out of the rain, and even though we didn't have an appointment, she had our car promptly troubleshooted and went over a maintenance plan to address the car's issues. It is a 19 year old car and, despite this, all items were fixed promptly and professionally. The same day, she emailed us a complete car analysis, to include photos, with areas of the car needing some attention in the near future, as well as highlighting areas that were in good condition. Highly recommend the Military Cutoff AAA Car Care Center for prompt, professional and friendly car care service!
