We were mobile 10 years ago, however due to the complexity of modern vehicles having a state of the art facility with readily available equipment, good steady wifi, and the ability to properly disassemble and reassmble a vehicle in a clean working environment are critical. It only made real sense to end the mobile aspect and move all operations into a fixed location to provide customers with top level service second to none. There are very few services I would ever recommend anyone have done mobile and in my professional and personal opinion that most mobile repairs do not go over well for the customer.
No the mobile in mobiltech doesn't mean they're mobile, it means they specialize in technical and electronic automotive problems. I know because I just had my SUV diagnosed there just last Wednesday, March 7th
