Yes. They will examine your vehicle free of charge and bring the full diagnostic to you with itemized pricing including labor and parts. No work is done without you approving it. I.E. I needed rear brakes replaced and tune up/oil change and couldn't afford it all at once. They did only what I said and were expedient about it, even gave me a loaner car.
