I would only rate it one star, to show how low this company is. I have ordered a couple things online, and at first they say it was delayed because they had the wrong address ( which I put the right address on my order), then when they called me I told them where I live and described everything. Over and over again I described where I live. And guess what? They granted my order to someone else by sending it to the WRONG address ANYWAYS!!!!!😡 Oh and I called them to tell them that it didn't arrive, after my phone said that it did and he tells me that it's not down on their RECORD!!!😡

Very friendly and helpful BOTH on the phone and in person when picking up. They called me to notify me that my shipment arrived and notified me that I need to make an appointment for pickup so that they will have my shipment ready for pickup. YES, they have a huge warehouse so otherwise would take VERY long for items to be brought to the pickup dock. Nevertheless 😃 they didn't need an exect time but rather before or after 3pm when shifts change. Nevertheless ☚ī¸ when I came at around 8pm to pickup it took about 2 hours until I got my items! Workers were very pleasant so waiting was pleasant, BUT still it was a VERY LONG wait! The FedEx freight tracking seems to have LOST track of my shipment halfway in the USA and NEVER updated that the shipment arrived (even after I picked up)! The office workers were aware of this problem and recommended CALLING 🤙 to get status. NEVERTHELESS FedEx freight is VERY delinquent of having such a BROKEN fright tracking system! This leads to LOST shipments, shipments going in the WRONG direction (e.g. TX to NY going to CA on the way and getting lost that happened to me), late delivery with even the delivery date update AFTER the promised delivery date! This leads to BOTH unhappiness to ALL parties: Receiver, Shipper and to the FedEx company requiring additional substantial costs to everyone! FedEx please FIX ASAP - this makes YOUR costs higher, especially in these difficult times and adding unnecessarily to the overall inflation in the USA! I'm giving 3 stars ⭐ instead of NEGATIVE ⭐ because of the outstanding nice people that work for FedEx that I interacted with! Shame on FedEx management!
