I’d give 0 stars if I could. I brought my van in for stalling at red lights, shifting hard or not at all, jumping when down shifting…. Scheduled an appointment waited three hours for them to tell me they couldn’t do the diagnostic because they had to remove a part of the vehicle to get it done. Rescheduled me to the next week for drop off. Took multiple days to get a diagnostic, they gave me an estimate of 3150 approved. Then they called back over a week later saying more was wrong and needed another 3000+ so we approved. Waited another week plus. Got the van back still stalling, and shifting horrible. Went back they said it was a computer update issue. Okay updated. Still having all the same issues brought in for. Brought it back and they said they needed another 9000+ for transmission replace. Couldn’t answer why they did the first 6000+ in work when that was “going to fix the issues you brought it in for”. Wouldnt take responsibility for doing work that was not to fix issues I PURPOSELY brought the van in for. No apology, no reasoning besides l23 we’re addressing code” and not the issues it was brought in for. No refunded, no work righted. Absolutely the worst experience, work and customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Salesperson was outstanding. To have earned the 5th star would have been nice to have had all the parts that went to my Jeep when I bought it.

Made an appointment for my jeep to get an oil change and tire rotation, it took them 2 1/2 hours. They never gave an update to let me know it was going to take this long.

Darell is a great guy! He has been helping me with my Jeep issues, he is a very caring person who will do what ever it takes to make sure you are happy. I will only work with him.
Yes they have a shuttle service. However the do not have loaner cars to use while yours is being repaired.
