I always have had nothing but good things to say about this location until tonight. I stopped in the store about 1:05 a.m.. I was the only customer at the time. Decided to cash in my $10.00 winning scratch off, the guy scanned it and said i had $10.00 and i purchased 3 of the new 5. tickets and 2, $2. tickets and he said $19.00 and i paid him without thinking and left to go home. Once i was at home i realized he didnt credit my $10.00 winnings so not wanting to drive back at this time i have tried to call the store back several times to ask about my refund and no one would answer the phone. And this could have been an accident but if not then how many others could this have happened too. Also he didn't give me my receipt so now i cant prove that. But if it were an accident that register should come up $10.00 over, I m just saying!

We also just went by at about 2am. No sign on the door, but doors were locked. No one cleaning or even visible in the store but all lights and machines were on. I even tried calling the store with no luck. We waited figuring that the employee had to use the restroom and would unlock after, but we sat in the car for a while with no one ever appearing.
