Not sure, that question would be better directed towards the business. Not sure if the public has ventured out with the storm still going. The Nuese river usually cuts off large parts of population between Mial Plantation, Auburn Knightdale, and Poole Rd, the bridges will be closed. Since it's locally owned, if they have power I would assume they are.

Also there have been some counterfeit 100 being passed around the wilmington area very recently. They may just not want to take time to verify.
