I hate going to AutoZone period your a parts supplier not a repair shop so stop giving repair advise that is wrong. This is why people question repair shops so much just do your job sell parts keep your repair advise to yourself not every car is like this one time tour buddy's car was fixed like this

Today was my first time there. The guy who helped me was wonderful & so kind! I wish I knew his name to give him direct credit for exceptional customer service. He helped me choose a new battery for my car, took the old one out & put the new one in. I felt so bad because he finally finished a little after the store closed. Thankful!

Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I shop there often. As for parts they have mostly what I need. Wish Auto Zone was more like A&A Auto parts.
