Just had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. Went to get free Covid tests for my husband & myself. I had previously called my insurance company. They said we were allowed 2 each. Sammi was the sales woman. She first charged me $42 without even asking if I had insurance. She then said we were only allowed 1 each. She then proceeded to stare at the register for endless periods of time. She then asked for basic data even though we had been there many times before-. Allergies, address,phone number. Having to ask for help in the back several times. Even though my husband was there she kept asking for information about my wife.She still only wanted to give me only 1 test. period. though there were 2 of us there.45 minutes later we left with 2 Free Covid tests.

I have been a customer of Newton SR pharmacy for years! Everyone is very nice and very friendly as well.. except for this one female pharmacist.. (possibly new?).. but she is the only one there with no patient and a very snippy attitude.. so I now avoid her.. but I love everyone else!!!

I’ve used this pharmacy for over 20 years and they are the best at knowing about answering questions I may have about my Prescription and they always keep stock of almost all Prescriptions. I never ever have had any problems. If you do have an issue they do their very best( insurance) to help settle the situation.
