Quick to make a sale. Promised to order parts and install and fix A/C actuator because only one speed on fan blower. Five months later they sent me to the ford dealership to order the parts myself. Then had to drive 140 miles R/T next day to pick up parts where it turns out they do not have an account. A/C still not fixed and i have to install the other parts my self. Five months to get tags. Several trips to them for nothing. Phone calls don’t work. I wonder if a punitive lawsuit for $4,000 would make them start honoring their promises or just not make promises they never intend to keep. I have had to spend more than $2,000 in repairs in the first two months. Transmission was dry as a bone, radiator took 3 hour flush of rust and sludge. Had to buy and install new cable and shifter on second month because both ipper and lower bushings obblf cable linkage were blown out and jerry rigged. Financing is easy because they are over charging for junk they refise to repair. But you don’t find it in the test drive. You find it on a trip to a job or vacation out of state. Worst experience ever. Deserves no stars.
