I spent the night in one of the rustic rental cabins and it was a delightful experience. Comfortable, quiet, and surrounded by pleasant views. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I'm planning to book a longer stay very soon.

I've been to this park and stables a couple of times. It is very nice and seems very quiet and out of the way even though it's just off the highway. The horses are beautiful of course and it's just a real nice place to kind of forget about life and relax for a while. Decent amount of parking, and probably a great place for a picnic or two :-)

Onslow County Parks and Recreation did a great job hosting the youth fishing derby here. 👏

Hopefully this park will come along. The ponds will need to be deeper if we are going to have fish in them.
