I can not say enough good things about Troy Humphrey Moving + Storage. We were a unique situation. My husband and I were building a house and it was supposed to be finished in February of 2022 before he deployed in March. Long story short our house wasn't finished, the lease for our rental was up, my husband deployed and I was left to pack our house and move all by myself with our 1 year old. Troy Humphrey Movers not only moved my things for me but they also kept them in storage for me until our house was finished. They took such great care of our things and packed them up nicely. The team of guys who came were so kind and professional. They made sure to log each item and went over all the paperwork with me before leaving. Communication was great every step of the way. My son and I had to move back home to GA for 2 1/2 months while our home was finished and the Humphrey's team did a phenomenal job keeping me in the loop while I was away. When it came time to move me into my new home they brought each item in with care and placed it with ease. Not a single dent, scratch, scuff on any of my walls or items that they packed and brought in. Not a single item broken or damaged and every single item was present and accounted for. Being military we have moved 6 times in a 5 year period and when I say the Humphrey Moving team IS IT, I mean it. I have never been more thankful for such a kind, caring and professional group of people. They were willing to work with me and my unique situation. I can NOT recommend them enough! i called earlier to get an estimate on how much it would be to move from jacksonville to base and told them they day we needed it and said that day will work. well i just called back told them i would like it and the lady christie said “mmm no wont work we’re out 3 weeks” and that was it. i don’t understand why she couldn’t have told me that when i first called. thank you a lot not coming to you guys again.

I just hired them last minute. The blonde mover. Absolutely repulsive. there was a miscommunication with my husband , i was bringing him his card to pay , but didn’t realize i was on my way, so they had to turn around back to the 1st house to get the card, so it took an extra 10 min. which we had 2 hours and only used them for 1. While my husband and them was waiting for me to get back to them with the payment . the blonde mover got out the car was as screaming at my husband saying “IM NOT PLAYING GAMES, IM NOT PLAYING WITH YOU, WHERES MY MONEY” getting completely irrational and almost looked like he was ready to fight him. His partner had to tell him to get back in the car. Absolutely unacceptable, i called the place and let them know but he didn’t even give me a chance to finish what happened. He doesn’t deserve to work there if he’s ready to fight clients over waiting less than 10 minutes over a simple accident. i hope this gets handled .
