There are not enough stars to rate this gym. I've been taking my boys here for a little less than a year for boxing lessons and the owners are amazing people. Very knowledgeable, very welcoming, my kids love going. They have such good energy. Highly recommended. Update.. Years later.. they are still awesome!!!

If you have children, stop what you’re doing right now and sign them up. What Coach Blue and his wife Nina are doing here is just amazing and it’s making a difference in the lives of so many young kids. Coach and his team focus on respect, work ethic and a never quit attitude that pays off in success. I have three girls aged 10, 8 and 6. They love coming to class and talk about it all week. The students all seem really close and always help one another be better. I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. If you’re an adult, the classes are some of the best workouts I’ve ever done. Not only does it keep you in shape, it trains your mind and gives you an applicable skill set. I quit going to a normal gym, try a class and see why.
