Absolutely amazing! Found out I’m having a baby boy today! You can really tell she loves her job, so positive and she really cares about the baby, she walks you through everything. Such an amazing experience. Will definitely be going back when I’m farther along for 4D images of baby! I cannot thank her enough.

Let me first say I do not review often, however, this facilities staff, ultrasound experience, and overall care of my wife and my needs were far above the standards we had expected. My wife, due to unfortunate circumstances was running late to her ultrasound with her OBGYN. They were polite in letting us know we were past our 15 minute time slot and this being our first ultrasound to see our growing baby, crushed my wife. They recommended Jacksonville 4D Fetal Photo and One 5 minute phone call towards the end of Ms. Nicole, Ashley, and Morgan’s day was all it took for these ladies to jump to the aid of a very sad expecting mother. Arrival was warm and heartfelt, the ultrasound was informational and professional, and the customer care was beyond just repairing my wife’s disappointment. They truly went above and beyond by spending time past their normal working hours, denied a tip for their troubles, and only asked in favor that we enjoy our experience today. I give this place the highest of recommendations to any expecting mother and made sure to spotlight the very pleasant and top notch staff. Nicole, Ashley, and Morgan thank you for being YOU and we look forward to coming back!

These ladies are amazing! My baby girl was so difficult... but the sonographer took her time and made sure she got plenty of good photos of her❤ and she's super sweet. I recommend Jacksonville 4D to anyone who wants awesome 3d/4d pictures!

Thank you all for helping one another. We have two different gender packages. One is a 2d black and white gender ultrasound at the rate of $85. The next gender package we have is a 2d4d sneak peek. this package includes 4d color live. Anyone over the age of 11 is required to wear face masks, those under the age of 11 are not. They are very reasonable priced. I spent 84 total on mine. Plus they give you all your photos on a flash drive
Great question! Our facility is an elective service that doesnt practice medical diagnostic therefore we do not accept insurance. All elective businesses only accept out of pocket payments. I hope this help
