I probably travel more than anyone else in the United States.. I've been to many many hardware stores including Lowe's and home depot.. I have never been greeted or asked if I needed help so many times as I did in my several visits over the last couple of days. I actively seen several workers picking up misplaced items and placing them where they should be. This store really deserves many praise I hope you give them that! This truly is an exceptional store . And if you don't know that I think you should check in on it sometime. We own thousands of homes across the United States and in Puerto Rico, Each time I stopped here over the past few days exceeded my expectations.

I’m a general contractor doing storm damaged rebuilds in eastern NC so I frequent Lowes in Goldsboro, Kinston and New Bern. This store by far was my best overall customer experience. First they had the sliding glass doors I needed (others did not), every employee I passed asked if I needed help finding anything, guys at door area verified doors were there before I drove down, took them only about 10 minutes to get the doors out of the warehouse, and followed through (and got extra help) to load doors on my truck.
