The management of this store is a joke. The store is severely understaffed, inefficient and lacking in any semblance of organization. They got two stars only because Brandy and her counterpart at customer service are rockstars. They greet customers with a smile, know their craft and do what it takes to try and make everything right, despite the many roadblocks set in their path. When you spend thousands of dollars and agree to pick up an appliance on a certain day you expect it to happen. But the phone call never came. So we waited 24 hours then called them. They seemed annoyed that I called to ask. But it was there! Oh but wait…their only truck is out. So I rented a truck from another place (that might have an orange motif, they have four by the way) to transport my appliance, went to pick it up, and waited for 45 minutes for them to find the appliance for me. Brandy called several times and reassured me it will be found soon. No Brandy, it won’t but, that’s not your fault. It got found. Yay! Hannah, I don’t know what management did you to girl but, I know the look of an over worked and tired employee. Stay strong. It got loaded rather quickly. I got it home. Pulled the intact wrapping off - It’s dented. Terrible service. Terrible staffing. Sub standard products. Overpriced. Only bought here because of a sale. Never again. Go Orange. Save yourself.

Went return item changed return vs pickups not clear when went in again not clear where to check in someone cut in line. Did not like way set up returns. Need to be fixed!

We had an education about different flooring. By a sales clerk: later we were told that it was the manager. Professional/caring. He understood what we needed. Now, all we have to do is pick out the color/pay! Thank you for being just who you are; Awesome !
