My experience at CCIMPA was absolutely one of the best experiences I have had in a medical clinic. As soon as I stepped foot inside the clinic, I got greeted by an employee and immediately felt a sense of calmness and comfort. Each and every single employee I have seen in a single appointment we’re phenomenal at their job and made made me feel the safest I could be. They all spoke to me in a pleasant manner and I enjoyed communicating with each and every one of them.

God I just called this place because they have a doctor they recommend. I don't know if it was because I asked the receptionist if there was someone who spoke Spanish but the attention is horrible, the tone of this woman and the way she answered are not worthy for the person with whom she must make the first contact with patients. I strongly disapprove of the message that this lady transmits, it is as if she does not want patients to come to this place to be attended to. That you had to find these places where you expect them to help you and you don't find that first impression, empathy. I called others two months ago and they told me that they would call me later to confirm the appointment and they never did.

Calling this place a dumpster fire would be an insult to dumpster fires. There is one front desk person that is horrendous. I went in for a physical and the PA just looked in my ears. God forbid something happens and you need to last minute reschedule. Told them the late cancellation fee was fine and I wanted to reschedule and they said their policy is they won’t reschedule you unless they speak to the office manager to see if they are charging you the late cancel fee or not. I’m not a complainer because working in the medical field I know what it’s like dealing with difficult patients who complain but this place is just yuck.

Dr Ros’ practice is staffed with professional and caring people. I had an appointment today and because I had a cold I was instructed to stay in my car and call Michelle the Head Receptionist to let them know I was parked in front of the office. Kathy, Dr Ros’ nurse came out to check my vitals and check me for COVID. She is a sweetheart. Then Dr Ros came and let me know that the test was negative, yay! I had the visit right there in my car. Dr Ros is such a caring and thorough doctor. I’m blessed to have him as my Primary Care doctor. Thank you Dr Ros and the staff at Coastal Carolina Internal Medicine in Jacksonville, NC.
