Ok 1st the drink a ordered was not made right it was horrible so I ordered a different one let's just say not impressive Moving on the pasta ooooouuuwwweee the only complaint is yes the bread with pasta honey I don't want no biscuits nope no sir no ma'am work it Y'ALL please other than that perfect now the waiter he could have been more available check on your customers more

Soooooooooooooo I was shocked by the subpar service we received. We've been here numerous times and typically do takeout but this night was date night so we sat down. Our waitress barely came by, didn't give us her name so when we needed something we had to speak to whomever was in the area. The place didn't look packed so not sure if she had to cover many tables, or just not into it that night. Our food was okay, no complaints there. My drink didn't come with the blackberries and unfortunately our waitress didn't tell me until after I asked 🙃.

Haven't been to the Red Lobster in over 10 years. I had a great time. Drinks was on point. Although, I don't do the fruity drinks. I have a great shots of Tequila and lemon. Had the special that included a salad or soup, a starter that included cheese sticks and a entree that included fish and chips. Very good for $15.99. This special has more choice to choose from. So it's a good try. The servers were great and I tip them great like more than the meal.

I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken. It had absolutely no heat at all. $11 for a chicken tender sandwich! At least the waitress was beautiful.

Yes I agree the staff did take a long time to tend to our table and took a long time to check in if we were ok after getting our food.

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.

I had a bad time, bad service, 8t was like what my food was half of what it was the time before was!!! But it could of been the busy nite it was, I'll go back , I love that place!!!!
