A disaster from the start. I was promised connected rooms, they were unavailable upon check in. I was having my daughter's 14th birthday, so I had to leave 4 teenage girls down the hall from me! I will say most staff was very kind( not all). First room air was broke, had to move, was kindly given complimentary breakfast, not told it was only good until 930 am, didn't get to use not was offered replacement. There was a party in the lobby, took ALL the patio and pool area. Most were not even guest of the hotel. We couldn't use the pool due to they had the entire space. It was unbelievable the hotel allowed this. I will def not stay here again!!

Excellent week long stay. Clean. Very nice breakfast with many choices. Every employee I met with housekeeping, breakfast & registration was so friendly. I especially appreciated Shannon who was beyond helpful. Thank you. Thank you.

Staff was very friendly and overall very certious of their guests, always checking in to make sure we were okay and asking if there was anything they go do for us. Whether it be a smile or a wave they were very welcoming. They also did an amazing job at problem solving when an issue had arisen

It was a very nice experience. Thank you very much the room was clean the bed was comfortable the lighting was fine. The outlets were placed in convenient locations. The front desk was responsive to requests to help with WIFI etc.
