Came here Saturday night for my nephew's 25th birthday. I normally attend the one in Utica so this was my first time at this location. The games were awesome and the food amazing! There we numerous children of all ages enjoying themselves. One concern I immediately had after about 10 minutes was the fact that a "shot cart" was being wheeled around as if we were in a night club with all adults. I have never experienced an establishment openly selling alcohol that close to children(except liquor stores). The employees were pleasant and the service was swift. We played the VR game several times, it was so fun. I would probably visit the Utica location again before this one only because I don't expose nor consume alcohol in front of my children nor anyone else's.

Had a wonderful time, food was pretty good, staff was great. Game selection was passable if a little samey. The ratio of truly interactive games to token burning gamblers felt a little off. Additionally I felt mid-high end ticket rewards were a bit steeply priced. Overall a great day but maybe not an every week occurrence for me.

We went on a Friday night. It was extremely packed (shoulder to shoulder). There were lots of games. My kids were very excited. However, several games were "out of order." Between the body heat and lots of people, it was VERY hot. My husband, myself, and my kids were sweating; it was uncomfortably hot. There was a bar and a restaurant area. We did not eat at the restaurant. We went for the arcade games. My kids played several games, and the games are fairly priced for a place like this. Games averaged about 10 coins per game. I spent 60.00 for 400 coins. That was enough for 2 kids to play for about 1.5 hours. When we went to spend our "tickets," the store was also packed. We had 660 tickets. It was extremely unorganized in the store. There were signs in the wrong places. We looked around for about 20 minutes. My son found a little toy that had a sign that said, "300 tokens- squishy ball." It was literally a little squishy dollar store ball in a tin. We got in line and waited 20 minutes. We finally got to the register. The woman working scanned it and said it was 4000 tickets. I explained there was a sign with it that said 300. She said, "Well, too bad, the sign was probably moved like everything else in here. You don't have enough." I told my son to take her over there and see the sign and where it was located. She said, "ok." She went with him and came back and said, "I see what you're saying. It does look like it would go with that. But, no, like I said, it's wrong." The lady behind me had the same item and said, "The sign definitely says 300-squishy ball." At this point, the worker had already taken the item from my son and returned it to the shelf. When she came back to the register, I was mad. We had waited in line 20 minutes because it was so busy. At this point, we don't have anything to check out with. So I stood there and told my son, "Go to the wall and get a small item. I'm not getting out of line and waiting 20 minutes again." It was honestly awful. The lady should have just given him the item; it was a dollar store toy. At this point, I asked if I could pay for the squishy ball so we could be done with it. But, she said, "No." She then started talking to someone else behind the counter and was basically ignoring me. (But it was extremely busy in the store.) My son came back with a little 10cent toy for 300 tickets. I showed it to her and asked if we were all set. She literally didn't respond and scanned the item. I was NOT impressed at all. It would have been different if the prize was for an adult. But, my son is 6. So that was a little disappointing.

Normally Dave and busters is a nice spot to go for family fun and some good food however this time not so much. Weren't able to be seated, never got a chance to eat and the seating host was very short with us. I definitely won't return to this one.SIMPLY ME we are so sorry about the service you experienced at our Livonia D&B. Yes, go before dinner. You can't really sit down where they can be watched at the same time. My older two trade watching the younger one.
There's also a lot of stuff for little ones at Marvin's. Dave & Buster's is great, but it's dark & loud--might be sensory overload for smaller children.
Wed

Yeah. They do birthdays, work parties, etc. all the time. I'm sure they can accommodate wedding receptions as well. They have a couple reception rooms along the back.
Im not sure about the points; but they have a gift shop there where you can redeem gifts with tickets from the games. Im sure the points may work the same. I only enjoyed the great meal that I order.
No. Just livonia and Utica
Lowest to take with you to spend is $100 on a group of 5, if two people$60 should do they use reloadable card at games than tickets, buy don't go during busy hours.
Food and drinks are expensive give the kids a 25 dollar card spend and hour.
Yes until 10 pm.
You often see employees sanitize unused games
The unlimited play games do not give you tickets!!
yes
On Friday Happy Hour is 4pm to 7pm. On Sunday 10am to close. None on Saturday.
"Nooo " (in my best family Guy cleaning lady voice) you cannot bring anything to drink in there sirrrrrr. Unless you sneak it in, I haven't done that since I was VERY young.
It probably be easier to answer that question is to call them
Alot
No just a bowling game
You can either connect the card to an online account on their website or go into one of their locations.
The tables in the bar area are for food and drinks. If you were just resting there then that is why. Otherwise it could have a reservation or prepaid party.
They make sales with a card you give them $10-100 the more you spend the more of a deal you get for chips to play
The prices are moderate. So a burger meal with fries is gonna run you around $15-20
Call them and ask. By the looks of the inside, I'm leaning towards yes
Also has pool tables. Senior may enjoy that, bowling, skeet ball or arcade/video games and eating!
Nope not this particular location... sorry 😫😫😫
If can not get a hold of anyone on the phone. Go there and talk to someone.
Yes they have birthday, group party, and corporate packages . Just call them for pricing and to schedule.
Call ahead of time I went with a party of seven and there was a 2 hour wait for a table
They did recently. It was in the back by the bathroom but have not been in a month any they rotate games oftern
Yes it does. But it is sometimes out of order. You can call ahead of time to see if it is up and running.
They don't ask for id or anything. You just walk in and start playing. You really don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to. You can buy your card for the games from a machine. I go all the time and I've never been been asked. My daughter takes her kids and she under 21 and goes goes a lot.
U actually can have a super bowl party if u book a fun room
Yes the drinks are expensive. On their menu they don't even have prices that's how expensive they are
Depends on your wife's taste in activities. It's a casual place. Wear tennis shoes and comfy clothes because you'll be waking around. It's the equivalent of Chuck e cheese with alcohol.
Yes. Our work scheduled our holiday party there. It was great and everybody of all ages had fun.
If you want to rent a room, their prices are on their website Otherwise you could just go, get multiple tables to eat at, and give them all a $10 0lay card it would be decently expensive either way
At 10 they kick all the children out. After that they have to be 18 and the place closes at 2 a.m.
No i think
