No everyone is allowed
I was just there on April 21st at the Livonia location with my boys 12 & 15 and they didn't announce for young ppl to leave. We stayed until it closed at 2am in the game area.
It's supposed to be 10pm, but yeah, children can often be seen there later.
I was there late in the evening and there were still children. That doesn't mean they don't have stipulations though.
Children and teens are not allowed to enter the game room after 10 pm.
