Yeah. They do birthdays, work parties, etc. all the time. I'm sure they can accommodate wedding receptions as well. They have a couple reception rooms along the back.

Yeah there is a room in the back for parties. Don't know about decorating, but I have seen small decorations up like balloons and table setups
