Super Old, NO Internet 0 in Room and 0 on Casino Floor. No AC Only Windows. Stayed 2 Nights bed was ok room was ok, Won like $200 and lost it on Wheel of Fortune LOL, The Kayaks were Safe on the Car in the Parking lot. **The Staff Are Nice, This is a Historic Place and will be Gone in 7yrs for a New Casino, So would I go Back? Yes! Go see it before it is Gone.

The costumer service was good. We never find the WiFi service available. There's no air conditioning. The food at the restaurant was good and their service too. The room, the bathromm and beds was really clean. πOne of the matress need to be replaced. The beds sheets was clean. We suggest to make available some rooms with air conditioner with an extra cost and a real Wifi service, their business persons that need that.

A total joke and 1000% misrepresented in advertising. Spent 475$ for 4 night in July. Booked the "updated cottage room" that was "close to the pool and the lake". Lies. The room hasn't been updated since probably 1991. The whole building felt like I was at 6th grade camp again. The ONLY ice machines are on the 3rd floor of the actual hotel. So if u book one of the Super Great, Cottage rooms expect a hike and interesting little meander. Then you get to ride in the original elevator that's been in the hotel since 1921!! With ALL the original hardware. I'm all for nestalgia; I lived in Tahoe for 5 years and know the history. I love this place. But this hotel is run down and NOT WORTH FIVE HUNDRED dollars for 4 nights. The room does have a "walk in closet" with absolutely NO hangers. But hey, we thought it was big enough maybe we could rent it out and supplement what we paid for our "Adult Summer Camp, 'Cottage'"?!?!? π I used it to store my mountain bike in. Which I had to arm wrestle up the stairs that were built for midgets or 6th graders? There is definitely NO A/C. Instead u'll find a nice room, floor fan. Definitely worth your money. The TV is from 1996. No flat screen. No HD. Hey, we were lucky it had a remote, I guess? And if you want "pool towels" you have to fork over your driver's license???! Well you already have my credit card and charged me 500$, and I can't even get a pool towel unless I hand over my first born???! Hmm, ok. Also, everything in the room had either been already stolen or torn up? The informational hotel binder had nothing in it (NOTHING. not one single page of info?!). The curtains looked like someone's cat attached them. What really makes me mad is I booked this super great room months in advance and personally spoke to someone at the Bilty before we came up and she assured me that the "cottage rooms were great and we're ALL UPDATED". I thought for 500$ I could trust what she said? Nope. It's all BS. All the advertising pics of the place are fake. shot in great light and angles. And only the "hotel rooms" are updated from what I hear? But that's probably all farce too. Save urself the Hassel and the money.....unless you want to relive 6 grade camp all over again?

Nice place..offers more then just a stay, casino indoor and ballroom for events.. My friend and I stayed here the other night in one of the cabins, very firm beds and make sure to ask for extra pillows. Thank you to the front desk Devora who assisted us on everything we needed. Great hospitality...Hot tub and pool right by the room.. Very convenient for us. Right across the street from Crystal Bay and Nugget Casino. Looking forward to coming back next month.

This place is old, went in June no air but they did give us a box fan! Wouldn't recommend to anyone
Someone probably was and now their spirit haunts the casino. But don't worry, casinos are soul crushing so any ghosts won't last.
They have 2 parking lots. I have seen RVs in back lot but no hookups. I think it is for guests staying at hotel
