Yes I agree the staff did take a long time to tend to our table and took a long time to check in if we were ok after getting our food.
Excuses .. Excuses .. Lol 3 an half hour wait on my food .. An i ate all the ice in my cup waiting for another drink
It's ok just like any other nice restaurant, if you want fresh and hot food be patient. These workers are only human and imperfect.
