Wedding and reception was nice. One of the women lavatory was not usable. The steaks were tough and not seasoned. The chicken mash potatoes and green beans were excellent. Variety of small desserts were tasty. The servers didn't use a serving tray but brought our food by hand which caused our tables to be served slowly I had to catch the attention of a server to receive my meal while everyone else had began eating. As I viewed the over head lighting I noticed that the mirrors needed to be cleaned.

Worst place I have ever attended so far. Very bad service. I attended wedding ceremony of my friends son on 12 june 2022. This place has dirty carpet, rude employees to serve guests, unavailability of cutlery and wet plates to serve food. We had to wait for even plain water. No water and drinks were served on tables. I will not recommend anyone to get this place for their event. They spoil your event and they even don't care and give excuses of lack of Labor. They charge you for they service they promise but they don't make it available to you.

This venue was outstanding. Astronomicon was out of this world (pun intended), as usual, but this was BY FAR the best venue they have had it. Plenty of room, good concert venue in the back, plenty of parking, etc. The only negative I'd say was the food choices. Very bad food. Even at scale, it could have been a lot better (coming from someone in the hospitality business).

Awesome venue, went there for Astronomicon 5 for a day and it was amazing. Near a lot of good places to eat and easy to get to. Love the layout of the convention! I hope they keep Astronomicon at this venue! Parking lot was a little rough, part of it was flooded but still able to find a good parking spot!

They really need to fix the parking lot. I was there about 2 weeks ago. I have a phone case on my phone that protects it from drops face down. I dropped my phone face down. But because the parking lot was so uneven, rocky and just bad it cracked in several spots. Don't try to walk on it without shoes either. Pain! SMH.
Hi Nicole, we are closed for Thanksgiving but we'll be offering full Thanksgiving meals for pick-up the day before (pre-cooked turkey, sides and pie) to take the stress out of cooking if you're interested!
No outside caterer must use there's that is how they make they money

Hi Bernice! There are 2 new, beautiful hotels right next to us - The Holiday Inn Express and a Hampton Inn. Tell either of them that you're attending an event at Burton Manor, and they'll give you a discount! Hope that helps!
