If I could give them zero stars I would this location use to be good and my favorite one to come to but not anymore and FYI: If you are buying drinks from here be sure to check it because I found little flying bugs in my lemonade and I know it come from the ice machine so I will never buy another drink from here. I went through drive thru and they had a cash only sign up come on now I mean I don't carry cash all the time hardly ever how are running this business like that they need to get it together or close down.

Good chicken. Really good rice and beans. Only complaint is I ordered a 12 piece family meal and they substituted the hot/spicy for 3 pieces. Really bad since I have ulcers. The board that shows the menu was down so I couldn't order anything extra since I'm unfamiliar with the menu.

Whew, where do I start? Drive-thru line is usually all the way out to Telegraph Rd and the line moves slowly. I ordered online and showed up to pick up the phone at the time they provided and THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED PUTTING THE ORDER TOGETHER. Whenever there isn't a manager present it is complete chaos. They frequently run out of prominent items on the menu and their biscuits are extraordinarily dry. Like middle of the desert dry. I'd rather fry my own chicken.

The chicken is not worth cost anymore. Tasted like blah. The fried chicken from Kroger taste better then Popeyes. Never thought I would ever say that. Not worth the long drive-thur lines and poor customer service.
