How about the judges travel to the towns in the county for court. Let's see how they like driving miles and miles and then we can postpone court on them so they have to come back, driving miles and miles. It's ridiculous, postponement after postponement, driving 60 miles there and 60 back. And the worst part is, most of the time you have to go there to find out it has been cancelled because the clerks are useless and won't call to let you know there has been a cancellation. I have rocks in the yard that serve more of a purpose than anybody that works in the court systems. Just another waste of tax dollars.

Questions & Answers

Why is this court able to maliciously prosecute people, without evidence, via corrupt police officers, and unchecked judges with connections to both the police, DHS, and other county government employees? When is the federal criminal investigation?

Has been this way for over 35 years. Your guilty until proven innocent. They're great at using state paid public defenders to use scare tactics in prosecutions. I've fallen in this trap several times when I was younger and now am a felon for the rest of my life. In recent years, I have beaten cases by 1) appoint yourself as an attorney, 2) understanding their traps and pitfalls that'll cost you for the rest of your life and 3) do not sign any papers they'll present to you that would give you jail time, liscence suspension, and/or get your kids taken away. Follow these three things will only increase your odds of not falling into their traps and becoming owned by the State of Oregon or Klamath county.

How does small claims court work?

Dixie Kahley | Sep 16, 2020
Reed Koyano | Sep 16, 2020

Usually small claims is for a top end dollar amount of 5,000.00 dollars. Recently they proposed an increase of the claim limit to 7,000.00 dollars but you should check with the county to see if the increase was implemented. In small claims you do not use a lawyer. Have all your documentation and proof you need to make your case. Do not engage in conversation with the other party during the session at all.

If your hyphenated name is your legal name, get a name change packet at the law library, which is next door to the library downtown. Fill it out and file it at the courthouse. I did it for my daughter and ifs nor very difficult.
