Yes, they are a wonderful group of women who if not for them would not have the roof over my head at the moment. They can help with all bills including credit card bills. You just need to have your paperwork filled out and an interview with them, bring your bills and if they have the "funding", yes they will help you.
Yes if the funding is available from the state which unfortunately with the housing shortage there's not much out there in the way of funding or housing.
You can go to assembly of God Church of Crater lake Blvd. They're open at 9 am on the second and forth wednesday
If you go to the KLCAS website the Board of Directors are listed. Is there something I can help you with?
Perhaps you can get a loan from a private party, which would be secured by your land. If you don't OWN the land (that is, you're still making payments), I think you'll have to 'finance it' from your own $$. Or, perhaps, convince someone to lend you $ which is secured by your equity in the land (if you 1) own a large enough portion of the bare land; 2) that it also has some value to that lender; 3)if the value of the land can be transferred to your new lender IF you don't make your payments for either the land or the new structure-loan; & 4) if so, the payments will remain the same. Or, you could buy a house that is already built. Or, you could look for a building contractor that will contract to build the house you want for you if you will IMMEDIATELY buy it when it's finished (that way, he would have a buyer before he built a 'spec' house, so HE could get the construction loan that would finish paying for the land & would pay for the labor & mat'ls to actually build the house).
Please call KLCAS directly, I'm sure they can help you.
