This family court is a joke. They rescheduled the court date over and over again and again. I’m so tired of that and this have to be ENOUGH!

Where do you even really begin? The lawyers hired by judges fraud you telling a judge you're not aware of your rights and hers continuing with the hearing fraud apparently recording court is against the law I wonder why I wonder why people aren't allowed in family Court and don't forget the post office is a federal entity so don't wonder why you don't get notifications about court dates they'll send it certified and pretend they try to give it to you and the mailman will just throw a paper out

Erie County Family Court - should consider renaming them to Erie County KANGAROO Court. This court is packed full of criminals wearing black robes who are out to extort the middle class for Title IV funding to recuperate NYS's grossly over-inflated welfare system. There is no due process and NO justice in this court. They operate outside their jurisdiction and commit treasonous acts against private citizens on a daily basis. If you're reading this and have no idea what Title IV is, it's CHILD SUPPORT. Child Support was NEVER intended to benefit the mother OR the child, its sole purpose is welfare recuperation. See Blessing v Freestone. The State collects $0.66 for every dollar they collect through the child support collection unit, Title IV is a federally-funded PROGRAM based on CONTRACTS. Every County has a contract to enforce Title IV to get their $0.66 kick-back for every dollar they collect. This Court is nothing more than a Title IV operation, operating under the executive branch of the government, they are NOT part of the judicial branch, not even close. Greed, corruption, and scams...that's what Erie County Family Court is all about...they're participating in the largest pay-per-child ponzi scheme imaginable. Do your reading folks, this court is a joke and ruins families on a daily basis. If you end up in this Court your family is a lost cause. Keep the gov't out of private matters where they don't belong.

You can go to the date but they won't let you into the courtroom unless you're directly involved. I can only speak for child related things though
